Bicentennial Hall was inaugurated on Cultural Heritage Day, May 30, with a selection of works by Chilean artists from our collection. This hall presents works by 18 talented Chilean artists.
The choice of works was not only based on quality and pictorial value, but also to make this exhibition into a window through which to enjoy national art regardless of the authors' trajectories. Harry Recanati, founder of the Ralli Museum, chose each of these works not for its commercial value and the success of its author, but rather for the artistic value of the work itself.
We hope you will enjoy this show, which we proudly present as a gift to our country in its anniversary and in recognition of our artists.
